Return and Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, billing, and refunds for services provided by MotorCity Digital Marketing.

Payments

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins for Website design and Mobile Application development only
  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in the invoice or agreement
  • Monthly services (SEO, social media, etc.) are billed 100% in advance before the start of work

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to MotorCity Digital Marketing are non-refundable once work has begun.

This includes:

  • Deposits
  • Monthly service fees
  • Completed or partially completed work

Monthly Services

  • Monthly services require advance payment
  • Services are delivered during the active billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle

Cancellation

  • A 30-day written notice is required to cancel ongoing services
  • Services will continue through the current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued

Late Payments

  • Late payments may result in pause or suspension of services
  • Projects may be delayed until payment is received

Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting MotorCity Digital Marketing to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Additional fees or collections action

Third-Party Costs

Fees paid for third-party services (such as hosting, plugins, ads, or software tools) are non-refundable and subject to the policies of those providers.

Project Delays

MotorCity Digital Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Lack of client communication
  • Missing content or approvals
  • Delayed payments
